Apple Iphone 4S - Showcasing Application Possibilities of SIRI

I guess lots of you have alread seen the Christmas Ad, where Santa Claus gets help and guidance from the Siri function on his Iphone. The ad was not only sweet and innocent for the season, but also showed the usefulness of the service.

However, I find the new ads from TBWA “Road Trip” and “Rock God” much more relevant and persuasive, since these ads treat situations and deal with information we all could need and thereby can relate to.

If you should have missed it, the Siri on iPhone 4S lets you use your voice to send messages, schedule meetings, place phone calls etc.. You can ask Siri to do things just by talking the way you talk - In English only. Siri should understand what you say, know what you mean, and even talk back to you.

Orange Christmas Campaign: Christmas as never seen before

I have earlier shared the first ad of Orange’s Christmas campaign, but the series of ads deserve to be shared together in a sequence.

I not only like the universe, but also how the different characters humorously tell different stories integrated with information about different Orange products or services.

JWT - UK: Campaign Against Drinking and Driving (CADD)

During December I have until now shared some different Christmas ads, that either entertain and/or capture, what I believe to be the true Christmas spirite.

Today, I want to share these print ads made by JWT, London concerning drinking and driving during the Christmas season. They belong to a very different category than light entertainment and plain fun, but are nicely executed and thus deserve a post as well.

Heineken: Celebrating Christmas with a Social Christmas Tree

It’s the third Sunday of Advent and thus of course I want to share something that emphasizes this sweet, lovely season. Luckily, Heineken have made it really easy, since the brand have chosen to create a social Christmas Tree and invite people of Singapore to share their greetings with the world through a visual showcase on an actual tree!

The Heineken Social Christmas tree is invented by Iris Singapore, it’s 11 metres tall and has 48 screens all linked together and powered by Facebook.

It’s cool, creative and certainly captures the true sharing spirite of Christmas :)

Harvey Nichols - Ever faced the Walk of Shame?

I love the sense of humour and fresh, provocative approach in this Christmas commercial from Harvey Nichols the British retailer, who tell the audience to turn a walk of shame into a stride of stride with Harvey Nichols. (NB check out twitter as the brand is also inviting others to share their ‘walk of shame’ using the hashtag #walkofshame on Twitter).
